Professional consulting and development services are available to churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, housing providers, and community-based organizations.

Consultation Services

Initial Consultation — $150
Up to 30 minutes to discuss your organization, vision, current challenges, and recommended next steps.

Church & Ministry Consultation — $225
Up to 60 minutes focused on church structure, leadership development, ministry growth, strategic planning, community outreach, and organizational needs.

Nonprofit Startup Consultation — $275
Up to 90 minutes of guidance for starting or strengthening a nonprofit or faith-based organization, including mission development, organizational structure, governance, programs, and startup planning.

Strategic Planning Session — $350
Up to 2 hours of focused planning around organizational priorities, goals, program development, implementation strategies, and next steps.

Housing Program Consultation — $450
Up to 2 hours of specialized consultation for transitional, recovery, supportive, or shared housing programs.

Website Design & Development

Website Consultation — $150
Up to 60 minutes to discuss your website goals, content, structure, branding, and recommended design.

Website Refresh — Starting at $500
Updates to an existing website, including page organization, wording, layout improvements, contact information, images, and overall presentation.

Starter Website — Starting at $750
A professional website for a church, ministry, nonprofit, or small organization with up to 5 core pages.

A more comprehensive website with up to 10 pages, customized content organization, calls to action, contact forms, donation links, program pages, and basic search engine optimization (SEO).

Designed for organizations with multiple ministries, programs, services, or departments. Includes up to 15 pages, expanded program content, navigation development, forms, donation integration, basic SEO, and overall website organization.

Additional Website Page — $100 per page

Website Content Writing — Starting at $75 per page
Professional development or rewriting of website content to clearly communicate your organization's mission, programs, and services.

SEO Setup — Starting at $250
Basic search engine optimization for page titles, descriptions, keywords, and website content.

Website Maintenance — Starting at $150 per month
Ongoing assistance with website updates, announcements, content changes, new images, service information, and routine website maintenance.

Domain registration, website platform subscriptions, premium applications, payment processing fees, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the service agreement.

Payment & Project Terms

Consultation fees are due when appointments are scheduled.

Website and project-development services require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final project delivery or website launch.

Prices listed as “Starting at” are minimum rates. Final pricing depends on project size, complexity, number of pages, requested features, content-development needs, and anticipated work hours.
