At Fountain of Life Ministries – Redeem House of God Church Inc., we believe ministry extends beyond Sunday morning. Our mission is to meet people where they are and connect them with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to move toward greater stability and independence.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our community impact combines faith, housing, recovery support, social care, outreach, and community partnerships.

How We Serve Our Community

🏠 Housing & Stability
Through Fountain Housing Initiatives, we provide transitional, recovery, supportive, and family-focused housing opportunities for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, recovery transitions, and other life challenges.

🤝 Social Care & Resource Navigation
Through the Fountain Social Care Network, we help connect individuals and families with housing resources, transportation, food and basic needs, community services, and other supports that address health-related social needs.

🍎 Food & Essential Needs
We work to address immediate needs by connecting people with groceries, hygiene products, clothing, household necessities, and other community resources.

🚐 Transportation Support
Transportation can be a major barrier to stability. Our programs help connect eligible individuals with transportation resources for appointments, services, employment-related needs, and other essential activities.

⛪ Faith & Community Outreach
Our ministry provides worship, prayer, spiritual encouragement, community outreach, and opportunities for people to connect with a supportive church family. Participation in faith-based activities is voluntary for individuals receiving community services.

Building Stronger Communities Through Partnerships

We recognize that no single organization can meet every need. We seek to work alongside community organizations, churches, healthcare and social service providers, recovery programs, housing partners, landlords, government agencies, and other community stakeholders.

These partnerships allow us to help create a stronger network of support for the people and families we serve.

Every person connected to safe housing, every family supported through a difficult season, every individual connected with resources, and every person encouraged in their recovery represents the reason we continue this work.

Our goal is not simply to provide a service. We want to help people move from crisis to stability, from barriers to opportunities, and from uncertainty toward a brighter future.
