Fountain Recovery Housing (FRH) and Fountain Transitional Living (FTL) provide structured, supportive housing for individuals and families working toward stability, recovery, independence, and permanent housing.

Our community-based homes throughout the Syracuse area provide safe, supportive environments with access to transportation, employment, healthcare, treatment providers, and other community resources.

Our mission is simple: Helping people rebuild one step at a time.

 

 

Who We Serve

We serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, people transitioning from shelters or treatment programs, individuals in recovery, re-entry populations, veterans, seniors, and young adults working toward independence.

 

Our Approach

FRH and FTL are non-clinical supportive housing programs. We do not provide medical care, nursing, detoxification, therapy, clinical treatment, personal care, or assistance with activities of daily living. Participants must be capable of independent living.

Our programs welcome people from all backgrounds. Participation in faith-based activities is always voluntary and is not required to receive housing support.

Fountain Transitional Homes (FTH)

FTL provides supportive transitional housing for individuals working toward greater stability, employment, independence, and permanent housing.

Program Includes:

  • Safe and structured housing

  • Peer support and accountability

  • Housing stabilization

  • Goal planning and progress monitoring

  • Community resource coordination

  • Furnished housing, utilities, and Wi-Fi

Program Fees:

Private Room: $1,200/month + $500 one-time Community Fee
Shared Room: $850/month + $425 one-time Community Fee

Fountain Recovery Housing (FRH)

FRH provides structured sober living for individuals recovering from substance use and other life challenges.

Program Includes:

  • Drug- and alcohol-free living environment

  • Peer support and accountability

  • Recovery and housing stabilization support

  • Community, employment, and housing referrals

  • Goal and progress monitoring

  • Random drug and alcohol testing

  • Optional faith-based support

  • Furnished housing, utilities, and Wi-Fi

Program Fees:

Private Room: $1,350/month + $750 one-time Community Fee
Shared Room: $900/month + $350 one-time Community Fee

Family Edition

Our Family Edition provides supportive housing for families working toward long-term stability and permanent housing.

Monthly Program Fees:

  • 1 Bedroom – $995

  • 2 Bedroom – $1,123

  • 3 Bedroom – $1,691

  • 4 Bedroom – $2,010

Security Deposit is one month of rent 

Participants may receive housing stabilization, resource navigation, employment and benefits referrals, budgeting support, transportation coordination when available, and connections to community resources.

Eligibility, intake approval, and housing availability are required.
